The H3 Smart is a compact three-phase hybrid inverter and AC charger, available in 5-15kW models and built for smaller commercial and large residential projects. It delivers smart energy management, flexible system design and scalable storage potential when paired with compatible Fox ESS high-voltage batteries.
The inverter can be installed with EP Series or EQ/ECS Series batteries, or without batteries as a grid-tied, battery-ready inverter. For larger systems, the H3 Smart can also be paralleled for scalability, with up to 10 units supported when using AI Link.

Storage capacity depends on the selected battery range: EP Series systems can range from 5.18kW to 46.08kW, while EQ/ECS Series systems can range from 5.76kW to 41.94kW.
The H3 Smart is compatible with Fox ESS high-voltage batteries, with EP Series and EQ/CQ7 Series options available. With 1 battery input, battery capacity can be scaled up to 84.24kW per inverter when paired with CQ7. It can also be installed without batteries as a grid-tied, battery-ready inverter.
The EP Series can be paired with the H3 Smart to create a flexible high-voltage battery system. Available H3 Smart battery options include EP5, EP6, EP11 and EP12. Up to four EP batteries can be installed in parallel, with a smallest system of 1 x EP5 at 5.18kW and a largest system of 4 x EP12 at 46.08kW.
The EQ/CQ7 Series can be paired with the H3 Smart to create a modular, stackable high-voltage battery system. Available H3 Smart battery options include EQ2900, EQ4300, EQ4800, EQ5000 and CQ7. Battery models should not be mixed, with capacity ranging from 2 x EQ2900 at 5.76kW to 12 x CQ7 at 84.24kW.
